Good to know
Eagles Landing is located in the lower level of our home. It includes one bedroom, bathroom, and office/ laundry area. There is also complimentary coffee, linens, towels, hairdryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner & laundry detergent. Please note that since the suite is located on the lower level, it is adjacent to our basement, which is most apparent in the laundry area. You will also find there are exposed utilities and lowered ceilings. We do our best to hide the utilities from sight or incorporate them into our industrial-styled theme.
Other Details to Note
There is no smoking allowed in the suite. The ventilation system is shared throughout the building which allows smoke to channel into the upstairs unit. Due to our proximity to Logan Airport, guests can expect to hear noise from airplane traffic arriving or departing from Logan Airport. The noise is not constant, as we are only affected at certain times of the day or when certain runways are in use. We do provide earplugs to all our guests in case they are sensitive to this noise. If you expect this may be an issue, please reach out to your hosts or Airbnb support.
